Debbie Davis

Debbie Davis has over twenty years of real estate experience and a successful record of achievement. Possessing an in-depth knowledge of real estate development, retail analysis, leasing, planning, design and construction, Ms. Davis has worked with some of the largest retail chains in the country including Staples, The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, Toys R Us, Food Town Supermarket, and Borders. Ms. Davis has worked as a leasing consultant for projects such as Grand Central Terminal and Chrystie Place, both located in New York City, and Mountain Creek, a resort property owned and operated by Intrawest Development.

A Missouri native, Debbie has lived in Jersey City, New Jersey for the last twenty years. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, holds a New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s license and a Teaching Degree from the University of Missouri. She is a Commissioner on the Zoning Board of Adjustment for Jersey City and over the years has volunteered her time and talent to many worthy charities and causes. She is currently a Board Member for the Historic Hamilton Park Neighborhood Association where she lives.
